COVID-19 Policy
This year will be a hybrid event, including both physical and online (Zoom) participation. We will be making 60 physical tickets available for attendance (on a first-come basis). For those attending physically, we would like to make the following requests:
- We recommend that, unless you are exempt, you wear a mask while in the seminar room and annex, unless you are a speaker.
- We request that you take an lateral flow test the day before (or morning before) you travel to Cosener’s House.
- We will provide lateral flow tests on the day and request that you take one before Friday breakfast.
Registration is now closed (deadline was 15th June 2022). For those who registered, the price includes hotel and dinner (on 7th July). Price options were as follows:
- Staff rate: £250
- Student rate: £100 (subsidised by Cisco)
- Day rate: £60 + £40 for dinner
- Staying the Wednesday night: +£100
- Online attendance: Free (no need to register via the system)
